This website is run by Robotism. You can reach us at info@robotism.eu.

• Demo requests: your name, company, email, phone if you give it, country, industry, the robots you are interested in, preferred dates and your message. We use them to arrange the demo and prepare an offer. The legal basis is steps before a contract you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, for company staff, our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Occasional news: only if you tick the box on the demo form. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Store waitlist: your email and what you are interested in, to tell you when the store opens. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), confirmed by email.
• Emails you send us: we use your message to reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Technical logs: the hosting provider records technical data such as IP address and browser type, to run and secure the site. Visits are counted without cookies. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

• Our supply partner, who prepares offers and delivers the robots, for demo requests.
• The hosting and database provider, in the USA, under the EU standard contractual clauses.
• The video delivery network, in the EU.
• The email forwarding and form protection provider.

We do not sell your data.

• Demo requests: 24 months after our last contact, longer only while a resulting deal is open.
• Waitlist: until you unsubscribe, or 12 months after the store opens.
• Emails: up to 24 months.

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to info@robotism.eu. You can also complain to the Informacijski pooblaščenec (www.ip-rs.si).
